We had a wonderful experience with NV Kitchen and Bath renovating our Master Bathroom! Taylor nailed the design and materials selection the first time because she really listened to what we wanted. We took all of her suggestions for the fixtures and lighting, and she picked a green glass tile for the wall that’s my favorite part of the reno. We were away on vacation when it was time to select the paint color, and we trusted her so much that we let her choose the color without even seeing it in person. She’s excellent at her job and very easy to work with.

The project manager Harb was on site several times a week to make sure everything was getting done correctly and within the timeline. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our emails and texts right away and explained everything clearly. The crew (crew chief Carlos) was also friendly and so respectful of our space and the fact that were living there during the work. They were as unintrusive as possible given the scope of the work. The crew showed up when they said they would, did a great job cleaning up at the end of every day, and of blocking off our sleeping space. Most importantly, the quality of work they did was outstanding. Everything from delivery of materials to the completion of the project happened on schedule and basically exactly like Taylor, Harb, and Carlos said it would. The reno was so easy and hands off for us.

We had a wonderful experience with NV Kitchen and Bath for our master bathroom remodel. It was a project we had been putting off for several years, but after we decided to take the leap they made it a wonderful experience.

We selected NV for this project because they had done a lot of work for friends and we saw the quality firsthand, and they allowed us access to all materials, whether they were in their standard network or not (this was not true of many remodelers, who only work with certain vendors).

End to end we were very happy with the quality of the work, but a few special mentions:
--Taylor was our designer, and did a great job of taking into account our midcentury modern taste preferences, but also making recommendations to improve the utility of our space. She was a true partner throughout the planning process.
--Harb oversaw the project and the crews, and ensured that our project was completed to our satisfaction and at the short end of the timeframe we had discussed. There wasn't any time wasted--he made sure that the work was paced so that progress was made each day, and came by regularly to check in with us and survey the quality of the work.
--Diego was our day-to-day contact, and he was personable and pragmatic, being very transparent with us when decisions needed to be made. He is an incredibly hard worker (along with his crews!) ensuring that real, tangible progress was made each day and we understood the status and next steps.
--Special shout-out: the tile crew! We had so much tile, and they did a stellar job. We're really thrilled with the end result!

We are so happy that we chose NV Kitchen and Bath to do the remodel on our master bath…they exceeded our expectations!  We absolutely love our new bathroom!  Taylor was our designer.  She really listened to what we wanted and came up with a perfect design.  Harb was our project manager and we were just so amazed how well the project was run from start to finish.  No sooner did one crew finish their task than the next crew was at the house ready to start.  He was also very communicative, responsive and always checking that we were completely satisfied with the work that was being done.  All of the crews that worked on our bathroom remodel were exceptional…highly skilled, polite, tried to minimize disruptions and careful.  A special shout out to the gentleman who did our tile…he did such an amazing job!!  We will definitely be calling NV Kitchen and Bath and requesting this team for our next remodel.
